Responsible for QMS management 負責質量體系管理 · QMS documents updating follow up. 體系文件的更新狀態跟進； · Management review arrangement. 組織管理評審； · External system audit contacting, preparing, audit and action plan follow up. 外部體系審核的聯絡、準備、應審以及改進計劃的跟進； · International quality system requirements refreshing and internal updating, including IATF16949, VDA6,3, etc. 國際質量體系要求的刷新和內部更新，包括IATF16949, VDA6,3等； · Internal system & Process audit planning, preparing, audit and action plan follow up. 內部體系&過程審核的計劃、準備、審核以及改進計劃的跟進. · CSR confirming, preparing, audit and action plan follow up. 客戶特殊體系要求的確認、準備、應審以及改進計劃的跟進 · Quality KPI follow up and approve actions in case of deviation. 質量KPI的跟進以及偏差時的措施批準。 2. Responsible for quality method implementation in the company負責質量方法在公司內部的落實 · DFMEA creation and updating coordinate with engineering department. 與客戶（或內部）進行溝通，確定審核日期、理解審核目的和審核范圍，并確保雙方均能接受； · PFMEA creation and updating coordinate with manufacturing, logistic, sample shop, etc. 支持其他部門進行審核準備； · Quality method contact window in the company, including FMEA, MSA, SPC, etc. 公司內部的質量方法窗口，包括FMEA，MSA，SPC等； · New quality method refreshing and implementation in the company. 新的質量方法的刷新和公司內部的落實。 3. Software quality management 軟件質量管理 4. Internal quality training and other tasks assigned by supervisor 處理HV內部質量相關流程以及主管分配的其他工作 · Other method topics such as Internal quality training of method implementation. 其他方法相關的事項，例如：內部質量方法應用的培訓； Essential 基本資格 學歷： 機械、電子或汽車專業本科及以上 工作經驗： 三年以上工作經驗 熟悉IATF16949, VDA6.3, FMEA. Good command of English 英語流利
