崗位職責： 1. Development and implementation of supplier strategy as per assigned material field. 負責的物料組，開發并執行供應商策略。 2. Responsible for purchasing business plan and control as per assigned material field including cost analysis, price management, capacity management, risk management, etc. 負責的物料組，采購業務的計劃與控制，例如成本分析、價格管理、產能管理、風險管理等商務活動； 3. Responsible for contract terms negotiation, contract drafting, contracting and maintenance, follow up implementation of contract terms. 負責合同條款的談判，合同的起草，簽署和維護，并且跟蹤合同條款的執行。 4. Negotiation planning and implementation for all commercial topics with supplier. 策劃與執行與供應商的所有商務議題談判。 5. Acc.to assignment, take project purchasing role for motor product, including project budget planning and control, part TR and sourcing, price negotiation, project development, VAVE, ECN, etc. 按指派，承擔電機類產品的項目采購角色，包含項目采購成本預算與控制、零件定點、零件技術會談與定點、價格談判、采購零件的項目開發管理、技術降本、工程變更管理等。 6. Other tasks assigned by superior. 上級安排的其他工作。 任職條件: 1. Bachelor or above in engineering major(mechanics or electronics or material) or economics. 本科及以上學歷, 理工類專業(機械、電子、材料等)或工商類等相關專業。 2. 3 years or above commercial buyer working experience in automotive industry or foreign-owned manufacturer in purchasing area. With technical background is preferred. 3年及以上汽車行業或外資制造業的商務采購經驗，具有技術背景優先。 3. knowledge of supplier source, RFQ & validation, supplier evaluation, familiar with procurement full process. 具備供應商選擇、詢價及分析、供應商評估的能力, 熟悉采購全流程。 4. logical thinking, good communication with internal and external, good negotiation skill. 邏輯思維強，具備良好的內外溝通能力，良好的談判技巧。 5. Basic level for project management and value stream concept. 對于項目管理和價值流概念有基本了解。 6. Integrity & honesty personality, self-dignified. 廉潔, 誠實, 自尊自重。 7. Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking(at least in reading, writing) . 良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力(英文讀、寫能力為必需)。
