供應商開發
崗位職責:
1.公司提供定制化的職業發展計劃，包括跨部門輪崗、全方位的綜合培訓等內容，全面了解外資制造企業的工作流程。
KSB provides customized career development plans, including cross-departmental rotation, all-round comprehensive training and other elements, and a comprehensive understanding of the workflow of foreign-funded manufacturing enterprises.
2.跨部門溝通與協作，參與部門重點項目的執行以及新產品國產化項目的導入，并接受相關專業知識的培訓。
Cross-sectoral communication and collaboration, participation in the implementation of key departmental projects as well as the introduction of new product localization projects, and receive relevant professional knowledge training.
3.參與戰略性采購全周期管理（End-to-end Strategic Sourcing），協助完成從供應商尋源Sourcing、RFQ分析到框架協議簽訂的全流程。
Participate in End-to-end Strategic Sourcing, assisting in the whole process from supplier sourcing, RFQ analysis to framework agreement signing.
4.運用TCO模型進行采購成本分析，通過should-cost modeling識別降本機會，協助部門完成PPV/CPT目標。
Apply TCO modeling for purchasing cost analysis, identify cost reduction opportunities through should-cost modeling, and assist the department in accomplishing PPV/CPT goals.
5.維護合格供應商管理系統ASLM，參與供應商KPI Dashboard的管理。
Maintain the Qualified Supplier Management System ASLM and participate in the management of the Supplier KPI Dashboard.
6.定期參加Global Sourcing Committee, 了解并及時傳遞category strategy。
Participate in the Global Sourcing Committee on a regular basis to understand and communicate category strategy in a timely manner.
7.運用系統工具SAP、OA、KI PLANT等進行采購流程的管理，確保合規性。
Utilize system tools SAP, OA, KI PLANT, etc. for procurement process management to ensure compliance.
8.協助部門經理處理日常工作，包括會議組織、文件管理、報告準備等。
Assisting line managers in their day-to-day work, including meeting organization, document management and report preparation.
9.出差到合作伙伴處，跟蹤項目進展并解決相關問題，并完成相關的出差報告，確保信息的充分溝通。
Travel to partners to track project progress and resolve issues, and complete related trip reports to ensure adequate communication of information.
任職要求:
1、教育水平 Education：統招本科及以上
2、工作經驗 Experience：應屆生或兩年內工作經驗
3、專業/知識要求 Knowledge：材料類或機械工程類專業
4、技能要求Skills：熟練使用Word, PPT, EXCEL等辦公軟件，具備良好的英語水平，可進行書面/口語交流
5、語言Language：英語流利，同時會德語者優先
6、其他Others：具備較強的溝通協調能力，良好的持續學習的習慣，熱愛挑戰，對制造業感興趣，將常州作為未來長期發展的城市。
