1. Recruitment (60%)

Responsible
for local recruiting fulfilling of all levels.

Manage
the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offering and
onboarding of candidates.
?
Conception
and further development of recruiting channels, social media and active
sourcing strategies as well as target group-specific recruiting
measures.
2.Training Management (20%)
?
Support
for new hire orientation
?
Work
closely with managers/leaders for training needs analysis and provide
professional support in implementation and facilitate the evaluation of
training effectiveness.
3. Employee Communication & other
tasks (20%)
?
Maintain
communication with departments so as to understand and to react proactively to
their needs.
?
Support
on all employee communication & engagement activities, to ensure the
positive atmosphere within the organization. Engagement Survey project
experience is preferred.
?
Other

Your skills
?
Bachelor’s
degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business English or related
discipline
?
Familiar
with various recruiting channels, tools, methodologies and techniques. A
minimum of 5 years’ relevant HR experience in recruitment, preferably
in the manufacturing industry or search firm. Experience in employer branding is also preferred.
?
You
are good at communication. Outspoken, socially confident, multi-tasked,
independent, and well organized.
?
Proficient
in MS Office especially PPT.
?
Good
command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
