Role Overview
- Responsible for wing to wing hiring of both professional and
production roles across all business functions
- Be a partner across businesses and TA teams, establish ongoing
relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and
recruitment needs to fill their open positions in a timely manner
- Set high recruitment standards, always taking into
consideration operational excellence and compliance
- Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate
capability/competency-based assessments during their interview
- Maintain strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company
by hiring talented people of diverse backgrounds, experiences and styles
- Ensure delivery against key TA metrics
- Effectively use social media tools in alignment with GE
Aerospace Brand Strategy
- Effectively handle the GE candidate experience, ensuring that
it is positive and respectful
- Build strong relationships and deliver on talent recruiting
strategies and models
The Ideal Candidate
An ideal candidate is able to engage
candidates' and people leader effectively to ensure a smooth hiring process and
a great candidate experience. Able to strive in a fast paced environment
managing multiple task and adapting to changing business needs.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Graduate/Post-Graduate preferably in
Management with 5+ years MNC wing to wing recruiting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Commercial/Engineering hiring preferably from the
Aerospace industry.
- Experience in Employer Branding, TA process improvement and TA
Projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced
environment.
- Able to utilize social media and professional networks (e.g.,
LinkedIn) for sourcing candidates.
- Analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and improve
processes.

崗位要求:

本科以上學歷, 5年以上跨國公司招聘經驗
3.
有航空航天行業商業/工程招聘經驗者優先。
4.
具有雇主品牌推廣,TA流程改進和TA項目的經驗。
5.
優秀的溝通和人際交往能力。
6.
較強的組織和時間管理能力。
7.
能夠在快節奏的環境中管理多個優先事項和工作。
8.
