            外企集團公司CPA中國注冊會計師成本管理
            Key Accountabilities:

               
            • Responsible for processing of monthly/yearly closing.
              •  
            • Analyse the performance of business, identify EBIT, GCM, SGA, AWC & Cashflow drivers and recommend potential areas of improvement.
              •  
            • Prepare periodical financial management reports to Function head and BU management. 
              •  
            • Assist in budget / strategy plan process.
              •  
            • Maintain Pricing system incl routine and ad hoc tasks.
              •  
            • Other project assigned
            
Requirements:
Knowledge and Experience

               
            • Previously worked in management accounting or costing analyst type roles for a minimum of 2 years.
              •  
            • Previously worked in manufacturing industry
              •  
            • Experience related to Costing, FP&A would be preferred.
              •  
            • Statistically-minded, strong understanding of financial statements and financial systems. Experience working with financial data and fully integrated systems, Hyperion Enterprise, Essbase and IFS an advantage.
              •  
            • Team communication skill
              •  
            • Excellent bilingual communication skills both verbal and written will be necessary to communicate effectively across the regions, as well as presentation skills
              •  
            • Planning and Organizing Skills, Strategic thinking/planning, Creative thinking, Energy and Enthusiasm
            
Education and Certifications

               
            • Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis related majors
              •  
            • CPA preferred
