Guarantee that fire-resisting water locks keep open, and mark out. 落實所有防火措施，緊急出口門和相應的防火和作業安全措施。每班次都需檢查一次落簿簽認，特別保證防火水閘處于常開狀態，并掛牌標明。 Check and keep safes, refrigerators, ice machines etc. in good condition regularly. 定期檢查冷藏室，冰箱，制冰機等，保持最佳工作狀態。 Clean refrigerating machines, cooling tower, wind set, A/C controlling system, exhausting and ventilation system. 定期清洗制冷機，冷卻塔，風柜系統，風盤，空調控制系統和通風排氣系統。
