As our Nike Store Head Coach your mission will be to create an environment within a single medium to large volume store that will provide a premium consumer experience, front line of delivery of the premium employee experience and implement programs/processes to drive business results.
Responsibilities:
? Plans the work of employees with a daily or short term focus. Supervises employees and sets individual goals. Coaches staff, supports development.
? and provides significant input into hiring decisions, performance management recognition and rewards.
? Responsible for all aspects of managing a single small volume store.
? Manage people, store operations and store environment to achieve sales, service, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals and maintain operational standards.
? Manage store's day to day revenue and payroll expense.
? Manage associates, leads or Dept. managers and develop in-store talent.
? Responsible for communication and delivery of rewards and recognition for store team
? Work with District or Area Manager and corporate Loss Prevention to address Loss Prevention issues within store.
? Deliver a premium consumer and employee experience and implement/execute global and regional programs to drive business results.

? 負責店鋪團隊有效溝通,獎勵和表彰好的表現;
? 與地區或者區域經理以及公司損失預防部門一起處理店內損失預防問題;
? 提供高檔消費者體驗和員工體驗,實施/執行全球和區域計劃,提升銷售業績。
? 要求:大專學歷及以上,有至少4~7年直接相關工作經驗,1~3年以上管理經驗;能夠根據工作需要從事相應的體力工作;能夠接受零售行業的靈活排班。
