1.有機化學等相關專業，5年以上全合成或者藥化經驗，英語聽說讀寫流利 Qualification Required: 1.PhD in Chemistry and more than 6 years industry experience in small molecule medicinal chemistry. 2.Experience leading and managing chemistry teams in a matrix organization 3.Experience of hiring, managing and developing direct reports. 4.Experience leading programs at all stages of drug discovery from lead generation through to development candidate nomination. 5.Ability to manage assigned projects/ initiatives in a fast-paced environment. 6.Ability to analyze complex multi-dimensional data, generate conclusions and recommend next steps.
