主要職責:
1.品牌公關推廣資源管理與關系維護,側重達人資源方向;
2. 品牌官方社交賬號管理與運營,優化內容,持續提升品牌賬號影響力;
3. 產品日常推廣,重點產品及新品推廣全方案的策劃與執行;
4. 關注、分析行業動態,聯合同行業友商或跨界品牌建立合作,實現共贏;
5. 配合團隊完成品牌營銷推廣的策劃、組織與執行。
任職要求:
1. 本科或以上學歷,3年以上市場/公關/品牌推廣相關工作經驗;
2. 對公關傳播有自己的思考和理解,具備獨立解決問題、溝通協調各方資源的能力;
3. 策劃并負責過知名品牌公關推廣項目(需提供案例);
4. 對行業及消費熱點有敏銳的洞察力,具備將流行趨勢與公關傳播相結合的能力;
5. 對工作積極主動,具備團隊協作精神,有責任心,執行力強。
Main responsibilities:
1. Manage and operate the official social media accounts of the brand, optimize the content, and continuously enhance the influence of the brand accounts.
2. Conduct daily product promotion, plan and execute comprehensive promotion plans for key products and new products.
3. Manage and maintain public relations promotion resources, with a focus on influencer resources.
4. Pay attention to and analyze industry trends, collaborate with peer companies in the same industry or cross-border brands to achieve mutual benefits.
5. Collaborate with the team to plan, organize and execute brand marketing and promotion activities.
Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience in marketing, public relations or brand promotion.
2. Have your own thoughts and understanding of public relations communication, and possess the ability to independently solve problems and communicate and coordinate various resources.
3. Have planned and been responsible for public relations promotion projects of well-known brands (cases need to be provided).
4. Have a keen insight into industry and consumer hotspots, and possess the ability to combine popular trends with public relations communication.
5. Be proactive at work, have team spirit, be responsible, and have strong execution ability.
