Key Responsibilities

Build Brand Reputation
? Develop and implement integrated messaging strategies to support business objectives and enhance corporate brand reputation
? Manage media relations, press releases
? Craft compelling content for internal and external communications including social media and newsletters
? Support internal communications that foster employee engagement
? Monitor media and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities
Protect Brand Reputation
? Oversee day-to-day review on all creative and communication across responsible brands and functions
? Media monitoring coverage and provide timely action whenever necessary
? Support crisis mitigation and management efforts
Event Planning & Execution
? Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of corporate events such as press conferences, activities/events, and milestone celebrations
? Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage logistics, branding, media & guest engagement, and post-event evaluation.
? Create event messaging house, briefing books, executive speeches, media interviews and supporting materials
Cross-Functional Collaboration
? Partner with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Procurement, HR, and Local CA) to support communications initiatives
? Act as a facilitator and brand builder across functions to ensure consistent messaging and communications planning
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Event Management or a related field.
? 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, with proven success in both communication planning and event management.
? Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
? Extensive experience in media relationship
? Demonstrated experience in managing events from concept to execution, with excellent project management capabilities
? Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail and excellent writing skill
