Summary:
As part of Budweiser Brewing Company – APAC growth strategy, we are fully committed to drive business grow through guaranteed Finance process and supporting process in Japan and New Zealand. We currently seeking a JNZ Finance Manager to join us, and the primary responsibility of this role includes (but it is not limited to) managing migration projects to broaden and deepen business capabilities and achieving EP(Excellence Program) requirements to guarantee high level of service level.
· Lead JNZ finance team with E2E finance scope, incl. incl. AP, Treasury, FP&A, accounting and reporting, AR, and MD, etc.
· Lead continuous process standardization and optimization;
· Assist line manager to successfully complete migration/centralization projects;
· Dive business to achieve continuous operational excellence;
· Assist line manager to improve productivity through RPA and other system methods;
· Follow up KPI report and do analysis to guarantee business quality;
· Coordinate and communicate with multifunctional function to drive business operation;
· Team management.
Qualifications
Education
· Bachelor’s degree or above required;
· University degree in a related discipline (e.g., accounting, finance or business) and experience.
Experience/Technical
competencies
· Fluent English (both for oral and written skill) and Japanese will be plus;
· Min.5 years finance experience required;
· Min. 3 years team lead experience;
· ERP or SAP, system experience;
· Accept holiday difference between countries;
· Strong project management skills;
· Excellent communication skills; a keen communicator;
· Excellent strategic, presentation, and analytical skills (very comfortable with numbers and statistics);
· Strategic agility and transformational mindset;
· Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented mindset;
· Passionate, Enthusiastic Influencing.
