Job Scope: Under general direction, provides professional legal support to in-house attorneys in handling various legal matters, including but not limited to translation, review simple to moderate agreements and assist in preparation of legal documents. May involve administrative responsibilities for legal department. Job Requirements: 1. Fluent command of English and Chinese language skills (verbal and written) with strong grammar skills to produce quality material 2. L.L.B.degree or above 3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Legal or procurement working with contracts, including proposals, tender sand bidding process, contract review or negotiations is preferred 4. Must posses the ability to understand and review terms and conditions of contracts. 5. Excellent communication skills in dealing with people inside and out side of the company 6. Ability to adapt to high pressure environment and to prioritize tasks while operating under deadlines 7. Perform some forms of legal research, assist company personnel with information or other data from legal department and assist auditors, out side counsel and others as required with information from corporate and legal files, minute books
