崗位要求： 1. 石油工程專業及相關工程專業本科以上學歷。 Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering major. 2. 擁有3年以上鉆井工程、石油工程工作經驗，擔任過鉆井監督者優先考慮。 At least 3 years' experience in Drilling Operations / Petroleum Engineering. Worked as site supervisor or in MNC is preferable. 3. 熟悉鉆井設計、鉆井作業參數分析優化、鉆井現場施工及鉆后評價流程經驗；熟練掌握蘭德馬克EDT鉆井軟件。 Experience in to well planning and designing, drilling parameter analysis and optimization, in-depth knowledge in drilling site construction and post drilling evaluation process; familiar with LMK EDT software. 4. 有較強的表達和溝通能力，可清晰有邏輯地向客戶做培訓展示。 Strong inter-personal and communication skills, able to deliver training to customer in a clear and logical way. 5. 有較強的銷售意識，有過石油軟件銷售經驗更佳。 Having experience in oil and gas software sales is preferred. 6. 具有良好的英語讀寫能力，快速的學習能力，團隊合作意識，做事認真，工作積極，吃苦耐勞，能夠接受經常出差。 Excellent in English, fast learner, high motivator, and strong team player, accept frequent.
