Inspire and motivate team members to provide high efficient & quality job to deliver team’s goal. Leading orders delivery & maintain positive relationship towards customer and supplier; Coordinate Logistic +tariff risk management and suppliers management; Support planning and demanding to achieve inventory management goal;

Main Responsibilities 主要職責:
?Leading order Management 主導訂單管理
1. Effectively manage and support customer service team to receive customer order and management invoice from TOMRA internal customer, and in time /efficiently /professionally communicate with customer of orders / delivery issues.
有效的管理和協助客服團隊負責接收TOMRA 集團內部客戶的訂單以及管理發票事宜,及時高效專業的與客戶溝通并滿足訂單,發貨等相關事宜
2. Manage and support Purchasing team to issue Purchase Order to supplier, follow up the PO and invoice status, review PO list regularly to meet production assembly and customers demand .
管理和協助采購團隊向供應商發放訂單,跟蹤訂單的完成情況以及發票事宜,并定期進行訂單狀態評審以滿足生產組裝需求和最終客戶需求。
3. Monitoring and management shipping value and demand trend, actively to support team and implement important / urgent task base on orders and demand.
監控和管理發貨/銷售額以及客戶需求趨勢,根據訂單和需求積極主動支持團隊工作以及主導重要緊急任務的有效執行
4.Cooperate with Sourcing and Quality department to evaluate supplier’s performance, risk and classification, supportting to optimize supplier management and development system .
與SOURCING和質量部門一起審核或者評審戰略以及關鍵供應商,監督供應商績效如準時交付,主導并支持采購團隊做好供應商日常管理以及績效提升,優化供應管理。
?Coordinate Logistic and tariff risk協調物流發貨+關務風險管理
1.Support Logistic team to meet orders delivery either from supplier or to customer
支持物流團隊滿足供應商訂單和客戶訂單物流發貨需求
2.Ensure that logistic team to provide logistic service and reasonable market cost from supplier and optimize logistic supplier management .
確保物流團隊提供良好的物流服務,以及合理的市場價格,提升物流供應商的管理。
3.Support logistic team’s to enhance and optimize logistic and tariff risk management, and take action accordingly
支持物流團隊加強和優化物流風險和關務風險管理,并主動采取有效措施應對
?Planning & Inventory Control計劃與庫存管理
1.Support planning to deep diving into market and customer demand for better material planning / forecast / safety stock rule and execution
協助并優化采購計劃、訂單預測和安全庫存管理和執行
Main Requirements 崗位要求:
1. Bachelor Degree.
本科;
2. 8+ excellent oversea customer service / international orders and logistic knowledge and experiences, foreign company experiences is preferred.
八年以上海外客戶服務,訂單及物流管理工作經驗,外企背景優先;
3. Proactive working sense and attitute ; professionality and positive interpersonal working relationship; strong service and team work spirit; good at communication and collaboration.
積極主動的工作意識和態度,職業性和積極良性的工作關系,良好的服務和團隊精神,出色的溝通協調能力;
4. Outstanding English Written and Spoken skill.
良好的英語 讀寫 和 聽說能力;
5. Demanding and supply Planning is preferred .
有需求和供應方面計劃經驗的優先 。
