College Degree or Bachelor Degree major in engineering, Mechatronics, machinery, automation, electrics, food industry.

Familiar with mechanical/electrical/control knowledges, could read construction, machinery, electric drawings.
具有機械、電氣、工業控制等方面知識,能夠看懂建筑、機械、電氣圖紙。
Familiar with AB, SIEMENS etc. programming.
熟悉AB、西門子編程。
Fluent in written and Verbal English.
熟練的英語聽說讀寫技能。
Familiar with MS software, engineering software like AutoCAD, good at self-learning.
熟練使用電腦軟件、工程軟件,具備自學能力。
Professional experience 專業經驗:
Minimum 5 years of experience with a service roll in related industries like food industry, beverage industry, etc.
至少5年食品飲料生產線等相關行業安裝調試、售后服務工作經驗。
Familiar with bakery industry. Familiar with bakery theories, techniques and applications will be a plus.
熟悉烘焙行業。熟悉烘焙理論、工藝與應用者優先考慮。
Good at on site coordination. Could work independently.
擅長項目現場組織溝通協調。具備獨立開展工作能力。
Great professional ethics, integrity, cooperative.
良好的職業道德,為人誠懇,具有合作精神。
Key areas of responsibility 主要工作職責:
Act as Customer care engineer, implement FATs, onsite installations, commissioning, trainings for customers, Supply after sales services, remote supports, answer to technical questions per the company indicated.
作為售后服務工程師,按公司要求執行工廠設備出廠驗收、公司設備在客戶現場安裝、調試、培訓等、為客戶提供售后服務、遠程技術支持、技術問題解答等。
Key responsibilities include:

? Per indication, implement FAT.
? 按公司需要承擔設備出廠測試。
? Implement installation, commissioning, training per project requests.
? 按項目要求執行安裝、調試、培訓等工作。
? Visit customers to supply after sales service per company request.
? 按公司要求拜訪客戶提供售后服務。
? Offer remote technical supports, or answer customers’ technique questions.
? 為客戶提供遠程技術支持,解答客戶技術問題。
? Obtain good relationships with customers.
? 與客戶維持良好關系。
? Deliver reports according to regulations.
? 按要求提交相關工作報告。
