Conduct daily financial business data analysis and bank interest rate analysis. 2. Handle fund settlement and reconciliation processes. 3. Prepare various financial reports, conduct cost analysis, and calculate commissions. 4. Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in compensation calculations. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, execute, and achieve departmental objectives. 6. Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with weekends off, paid holidays, and annual leave. Requirements 1. Strong English reading proficiency (CET6 equivalent or higher), dual degree in English and Accounting preferred, Master's degree preferred. 2. Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience, with corporate finance or treasury management experience a plus. 3. Passion for financial analysis and data-driven decision making. 4. Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. 5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex financial data.
