崗位職責: 1. Responsible to develop cell and improve cell safety. 2. Responsible to breakdown requirements from Battery system level to cell level. 3. Coordinate cell development with Spotlight, GWM and BMW. 4. Analyze cell-related field issues, organize technical meetings, steer and verify solutions. 5. Steer the supplier during development and test phase and challenge the technical content. 6. Transfer the lessons learned in terms of safety improvement for technical optimization. 7. Good communication and project management skills, structured working habits, driven to details. 2. Familiar with HV Battery system and experienced in cell development. 3.
