崗位職責: 1.Ensure Powertrain components BOM, CR, timeline and feature list can be approved according to process in time. 2.Support to formulate Powertrain platform concept and detail scheme. 3.Review and approve all of technical output formal documentations from GWM, ensure can fulfill T&R and Doc Requirements. 4.Steer DFMEA and PPAP audit process. 5.Manage external resources (GWM R&D, suppliers, 3rd party) to reach target, timeline and quality. 6.Technical issues communication with other Dep. To align the scheme. 7.Find solution to solve all of system issues. 8.Report system issues and status (regular meeting, milestone). 1.確保動力總成部件BOM、CR、時間表和功能列表能夠按照流程及時獲得批準。 2.支持制定動力總成平臺概念和詳細方案。 3.審查和批準GWM的所有技術輸出正式文件，確保能夠滿足T&R和文件要求。 4.指導DFMEA和PPAP審核過程。 5.管理外部資源（GWM研發、供應商、第三方），以實現目標、時間軸和質量。 6.與其他部門就技術問題進行溝通，共識方案。 7.找到系統問題的解決方案。 8.報告系統問題和狀態（定期會議、關鍵節點）。 任職要求: 1. Be familiar with the structure, materials, properties and production and assembly process of all system components. 2. Familiar with vehicle development process and Powertrain development process. 3. Master system development regulations and failure modes. 4. Familiar with system technology and trend. 5. Ability to solve problems with quality tools such as SPC, 5W. 6. Complete system development experience. Global project experience preferred. 7. Good communication and project management skills, structured working habits, driven to details. 8. English as working language. 9. At least 8 years working experience. 1.熟悉所有系統部件的結構、材料、性能和生產裝配工藝。 2.熟悉車輛開發流程和動力總成開發流程。 3.掌握系統開發規則和失效模式。 4.熟悉系統技術和趨勢。 5.能夠使用SPC、5W等質量工具解決問題。 6.有完整的系統開發經驗。有全球項目經驗者優先。 7.良好的溝通和項目管理能力，有條理的工作習慣，注重細節。 8. 英語為工作語言。 9. 至少8年工作經驗。
