Tracking investment and keep the expense is within budget 跟蹤新產線設備投資狀況，保證費用在預算之內 ? Responsible for the trial production of the new production line, ensure that the equipment process reaches the mass production level, and hand over to the production department 負責新產線試生產，保證設備制程達到量產水準，并移交給生產部門 ? Supervise the BOM usage, responsible for BOM update and maintenance 監管產品BOM用量，負責BOM更新與維護 ? CT study and approval 產線標準工時的測定與審批 ? Optimize production line process, improve production efficiency, tooling design 產線過程的優化與改進，通過過程優化，布局設計，工裝設計 ? Follow-up of quality problems in the manufacturing process, analysis and find root cause to resolve 制程中質量問題的分析，改進及措施的跟進 ? Support on localizing materials 支持相關部門推進材料國產化，從過程工藝角度提出建議 ? Support on prototypes production, Cooperation with engineering team to resolve problems 支持樣件生產，及時和工程部門合作解決過程中的問題 ? Training and coaching production team on work skill. 培訓和指導巡檢員、工長、班組長的技能 ? Familiar with IE, LEAN, optimize the layout of the workshop, and ensure that the material flow, information flow and process flow are consistent 熟悉IE，LEAN等知識，對車間布局進行優化，保證物料流，信息流，工藝流相一致 ? Design and optimize plant layout 工廠布局設計與優化 ? Familiar with 6 sigma, data analysis and problem-solving skills 熟悉6西格瑪，有數據分析和解決問題能力 ? Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive business as Engineering, Process, Manufacturing experience 至少5年汽車行業,有工程，工藝，制造經驗 ?
