Lead the research and development of innovative industrial heating solutions with exciting projects in the pipeline ? Manage the full product lifecycle – from concept design, prototyping and testing to final product release ? Identify and implement materials, technologies, control systems to improve heater efficiency, safety and durability ? Ensure that products comply with relevant standards and certifications ? Manage project timelines and resource allocations ? Train sales team on new technologies ? Carry out production planning, manage production workers and oversee materials and inventory ? Manage suppliers: identify, specify, quality check and purchase ? Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for inbound and outbound material ? Two or more years of proven success in R&D ? Experience with heating systems (burners, boilers, combustion) ? Degree or diploma in technical engineering ? Fluent English preferred ?兩年以上研發領域成功經驗 ?具備工業供暖系統（燃燒器、鍋爐、燃燒技術等）相關背景 ?本科或以上學歷，機械工程、熱能技術工程或相關專業優先 ?熟練英語優先
