1. SUMMARY概述
Assist the supervisor in internal administration and general
affairs, and provide timely and effective administrative services.
協助上級做好公司內部行政、總務等工作,提供及時有效的行政后勤服務。
2. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but not limited to:
主要職責和責任包括但不限于如下所述:
1)Assist in canteen management, including to maintain the order of the site, to monitor the sanitation environment, to track menu updates, and to manage supplier procurement.
協助食堂管理,包括維護現場秩序,監管衛生環境;跟蹤菜單更新;供應商采購管理。
2)Responsible for daily necessities and office supplies procurement plan and goods collection management.
負責日用品及辦公用品等采購計劃及物品領取管理。
3) Carry out such activities as executive ticketing reservations, catering, hotel accommodation etc..
按計劃做好高管票務預定,餐飲、酒店住宿安排等行政類工作;
4)Responsible for the daily management and integrated affairs of administrative building.
負責公司辦公樓的日常管理工作和綜合服務工作。
5)Responsible for organizing the reception, transportation, accommodation and other work.
負責組織公司的往來接待、車輛、食宿安排等工作。
6)Fulfill other tasks assigned by supervisor except for the above mentioned
duties.
除上述職責外,還應完成上級領導安排的其他工作任務。
QUALIFICATIONS 資格:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 教育及(或)經驗
University degree or above. 大學及以上學歷。
At least 3 years of administrative experience, familiar with administrative work. 三年以上行政相關工作經驗,熟悉行政管理工作。
English can be used as working language. 良好的英文運用能力。
