Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for organizing and managing Hetero's business expansion activities in China, formulating and executing market expansion strategies, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive rapid growth of the formulation business.

Responsible for conducting in-depth research on China's generic drug market, analyzing market size, growth trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing market trend analysis and forecasts for the company's pharmaceutical business.

n Development of Business Expansion Strategies商務拓展戰略的制定
Based on the market research results, combined with the company's strategy, a business development strategy for the formulation business is formulated, including market positioning, target customer selection, and product strategy.

n Customer Relationship Management 客戶關系管理
Build and maintain good relationships with domestic and international partners and key customers, achieve business cooperation agreements through effective communication and negotiation, and ensure the smooth execution of contracts.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including the acquisition of new clients and
partnerships.

n Regulatory Compliance 合規要求
Ensuring that all business activities comply with relevant local and international laws and regulations, particularly those related to pharmaceutical products and formulations.

任職資格:
? MBA is preferred. A Bachelor's degree or higher in pharmaceuticals, biology, chemistry or related fields is required, along with 10+ years of experience in the generic pharmaceutical industry or related business development. Should have a deep understanding of the Chinese market.
