崗位職責:
1、帶領銷售團隊開發潛在的新經銷商,洽談業務條款,完成銷售任務;Lead the sales team in developing potential new distributors, negotiating business terms, and completing sales tasks;
2、招聘并組建銷售團隊,制定培訓計劃并對銷售團隊進行培訓;Recruit and build the sales team, make the training plan, and conduct it to sales team;
3、組織銷售團隊參加當地展會;Organize the sales team to attend local exhibitions;
4、與中國總部溝通,明確銷售任務和財務計劃;Communicate with the head office in China to clarify sales tasks and financial plans;
5、分析市場和產品趨勢,尤其是價格趨勢,以制定和調整銷售計劃;Analyze market and product trends, especially price trends, for making and adjusting sales plans;
6、運營當地網站和社交媒體,特別是提高曝光度,吸引更多關注;Operate the local website and social media, especially increase the exposure and absorb more attention。
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷,工商管理、市場營銷等相關專業;Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Marketing, etc;
2、2年以上市場管理工作經驗;More than 2 years of experience in market management。
