Responsibilities:
? Work with top international automotive OEM to transform data into information that can be used by business units for strategic planning and decision making.
?Design a comprehensive data strategy that specifies how data is collected, stored, processed, and analyzed.
?Establish rational KPIs aligned with business objectives to assess the success of products effectively and continuously monitor key data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
?Conduct in-depth data analysis to understand the performance of products in different dimensions such as user behavior and market trends.
?According to the data analysis results, innovative solutions and optimization suggestions are proposed to improve product performance and user experience.
?Understand the market dynamics and laws in the automotive industry to ensure the legitimacy and security of data.
Qualifications:
?University degree or above, major in information management, computer science, mathematics or a related field.
? 5+ years work experience, have a deep understanding of user needs and technology trends of in-car entertainment apps including video, music, gaming, etc..
?Familiar with SQL, Python, R, etc., able to automate data analysis and visualization. Knowledge of the software development process and related tools (such as Jira, confluence, etc.) is a plus.
?Good team communication and cooperation skills, able to work effectively with people from different backgrounds.
?Good reporting skills, able to present complex data analysis results in intuitive forms to provide support for decision makers.
?Proficiency in English.
