Job Description of Project Technical Engineer: 1. Familiar with various relevant codes and standards in the chemical & oil refinery industry; 2. Familiar with the operation regulations from bidding to SAT and acceptance stages of machinery; 3. Familiar with the entire procedure of chemical plant construction, i.e. engineering & design, procurement, construction, running test, etc.; 4. Assist in preparing the implementation plan and schedule of the project lifetime; 5. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team mates to complete project; 6. Familiar with technical clarification meeting/kick-off meeting/design liaison meeting/HAZOP & SIL Study/equipment PIM/FAT/SAT; 7. Review client’s MR and source qualified subcontractors; 8. Review of subcontractor’s documents; 9. Assist in checking and confirming major technical proposals; 10. Prepare MR document/technical clarification if necessary; 11. Site supervision for field installation; 12. Assist subcontractors in completing on-site running test and acceptance with client; 13. Assist in organizing and archiving project documentation and materials; 14. Regularly attend project meetings; 15. Regularly attend company operation meetings; 16. Employee training; 17. Other works assigned by department leader; 18. Project summary and hand-over. Job qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in chemical process, mechanical design, automation or instrumentation; 2. With domestic and international company in chemical & oil refinery industry; 3. Fluently using English in reading/writing/oral conversation, and able to communicate proficiently with foreign owner; 4. Proficient in using various office software, such as Microsoft Office, WPS, Auto CAD, Acrobat, Skype; 5. Excellent writing and oral communication skills; 6. Team collaboration.
