Ensure the reliability and availability of the production data of the area supervises; ? Approve records and documents related to the area’s processes according to the standards defined by the company, ensuring the reliability of the batches produced; ? Coordinate projects in his/her area of expertise, oriented towards the cLEAN? culture and benchmark of the best practices of the area. ? Follow a set of job activities or process, and face issues and problems that are difficult to deal with, manage, or overcome independently. ? Demonstrates a disciplined, systematic approach to problem solving that is based on data and facts. ? Significantly involved in STJ project or IFP project groups of projects which will be transferred to STJ, developing solution, adaption and lead change in own functions ? Negotiate cross-departmental demands that influence the performance of the area he/she supervises. ? Answer for internal and external audits in the area; ? Coordinate the use of material, financial and personnel resources, assessing the area’s needs and contributing to the establishment of the budget for the area; ?
