             1. 根據訂單及時安排國內外貨物的進出口運輸。分析和優化進出口流程。
                 Timely arrange the import and export transportation of domestic and foreign goods according to the order. Analyze and optimize the import and export process.
             

             2. 負責進出口運輸報關文件和清關文件的處理，并及時交付給貨代和客戶。
                 Be responsible for the processing of import and export transportation customs declaration documents and customs clearance documents, and timely deliver them to the freight forwarder and customers
             

             3.了解國際和中國進出口法律，能夠有效處理國際運輸中出現的所有問題。
                 Knowledge of international and Chinese import and export laws and can effectively deal with all problems arising in international transportation.
             

             4. 負責根據海關手冊協調和安排進口貨物。
                 Responsible to coordinate and arrange import goods by customs book.
             

             5.評估運輸成本和服務，確保它們在預算內。
                Evaluate the costs and services of transportation to ensure that they are within the budget.
             

             6.與貨代、客戶、合同經理和倉庫保持聯系，確保貨物按時交付，并將信息通知相關人員。
                 Keep in touch with the freight forwarder, customer, contract manager and warehouse, ensure that the goods are delivered on time and inform relevant personnel of the information.
             

             7. 負責進出口賬戶記錄的登記和驗證，以及ERP系統中信息的更新和維護。
                 Be responsible for the registration and verification of import and export account records, and the update and maintenance of information in the ERP system.
             

             Job requirement:
             

             熟悉ERP進出口模塊。
             Familiar with ERP Imp & Exp module.
             

             有機電零部件進出口經驗。
             Experience in mechanical & electrical components import and export.
             

             基本的數據分析技能。
             Basic data analysis skills.
             

             熟悉進出口專業知識和相關法律。
             Familiar with Imp & Exp professional knowledge and related laws.
             

             良好的中英文溝通和協調能力。
             Good communication and coordination skills both in Chinese & English.
             

             節約運輸成本的意識。
             Awareness of transport cost saving.
             

             耐心細致。
             Patient and careful.
             

             強烈的責任感。
             Strong sense of responsibility.
