BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Job Description 工作職責 - Aggressively source and secure new accounts / business and establish and build up a pool of customers. 積極開發新業務，建立自己的客戶群。 - Maintain good, professional working relationship and effective communications with existing, new customers and all internal departments, affiliate offices and partners. 與內外部客戶建立積極有效的溝通。 - Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P and L objectives. 完成銷售指標和利潤指標。 - Participate in development of businesses locally or overseas. 參與本地和海外業務開發。 - Participate aggressively for set sales campaigns. 積極執行公司的銷售策略。 - Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables. 跟蹤客戶付款情況，及時回收應收款。 - Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to the immediate superior. 及時、準確提交銷售報告。 - Observe and abide by the roles, authorities and responsibilities outline in the ISO/QEHSM manual, policies and procedures. 遵守及執行ISO(質量、健康、安全及環境體系)認證的要求、政策及流程。 - Perform any other job related duties as assigned by immediate superior. 完成主管交代的其它相關工作。 Job Requirements 任職資格 - A minimum Diploma in Logistics or the equivalent. 物流相關專業畢業。 - A minimum 3 years Sales, Operations or Customer Service experience in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry with proven sales track record an added advantage. 3 年國際貨代行業銷售、操作或客服工作經驗, 之前的工作中有較好的銷售業績。 - Good Attitude, independent, team player and Self-motivated. 積極、獨立、協作、自我激勵, 熱愛銷售職業。 - Good interpersonal and communication skills. 溝通協調能力強。 - Good command of English. 具備基本的商務英語溝通能力。 - Knowledge on ISO/QEHSM is advantageous. 了解ISO( 質量、健康、安全及環境體系)者佳。
