About the role:As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, monitoring, and improving our APAC SCM processes, as part of our worldwide end-to-end supply chain processes. You will ensure the timely and accurate placement of orders, management of accurate stock levels and on time deliveries while contributing to the development of innovative logistics solutions. Your role will cover the interfaces between demand planning, order management, warehousing, and transportation in China,APAC, and worldwide. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency and participate in supply chain planning projects.

Job Responsibilites職責:
- Support the development of innovative logistics solutions to improve processes

- Support to monitor, to manage and to adjust continuously inventory levels to ensure alignment with business needs

- Participate in projects related to supply chain planning and process optimization

- Collaborate closely with the internal SCM team and other external and internal stakeholders

- Communicate and coordinate with external service providers to ensure seamless operations 與外部服務提供商溝通協調以確保運營順暢
- Analysis and documentation of existing process (by swimlane or other tools/methodology)

- Support to create an SCM reporting

Job Requirement崗位要求:
- At least 6 years of proven experience in supply chain planning or related fields
至少6年供應鏈規劃或相關領域的工作經驗
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
供應鏈管理、物流或相關領域的本科學歷
- Experience in use of process improvement methodologies like SixSigma is supportive
使用六西格瑪等流程改進方法的經驗
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail

- Knowledge of inventory management, procurement, and logistics processes

- Proficiency in ERP systems, supply chain software or other operations supporting tools
