Duties and Responsibilities: 1. 開發新供應商，負責相關零部件及服務的詢價、交期確認和議價，確保滿足技術、質量和交付等各項要求； Develop new suppliers. Responsible for quotation, lead time confirmation and price negotiation of various components and services, ensure relevant specifications, quality and delivery requirements to be satisfied. 2. 負責采購協議的洽談，在ERP系統中下達采購訂單，核對供應商發票并根據合同條款安排支付款項； Responsible for purchasing agreement negotiation, ERP entry of purchasing order, checking supplier invoices, and finishing payment. 3. 跟蹤物料的到貨進度；及時協調解決采購、生產、客戶服務等過程中產生的供貨問題； Track material on-time delivery. Coordinate to solve supply problems during the period of purchasing, production, and customer service. 4. 監控供應商所提供的產品與服務，與供應商協商處理不合格品與服務；支持供應商質量管理團隊完成供應商糾正措施的落實； Monitor the products and services provided by the supplier. Negotiate with suppliers to deal with nonconforming products and services. Support Supplier Quality Management team to implement supplier corrective actions. 5. 負責常用物料的年度協議價格的維護，根據公司的降本目標，落實行動計劃并達成； Maintain price of annual agreement. Implement action plan for cost saving target and realize it. 6. 根據公司的采購程序維護現有合格供應商，建立并更新供應商數據庫； Maintain incumbent qualified suppliers based on company’s purchasing procedure, establish and refresh supplier database. 7. 負責各類采購訂單、采購合同及相關文件的整理及歸檔； Responsible for archive and management of all kinds of purchasing related documents including PO, purchasing contracts and agreements. 8. 主管安排的其他任務。 Other tasks assigned by department head. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. 精通談判及成本控制技能； Excellent skill of price negotiation & cost control. 2. 擅長供應商開發、評估、選擇和管理流程； Good at supplier development, evaluation, selection and management procedure. 3. 具備供應商質量管控基本知識； Has the basic knowledge of supplier quality control. 4. 具備團隊合作精神，抗壓能力強； Teamwork spirit and strong ability to work under pressure. 5. 良好的計算機能力。 Good computer skills. Qualifications, Training, and Experience: 1. 本科及以上，國際貿易、機械或工科相關專業； Bachelor’s degree (International Trade, mechanical or engineering related majors). 2. 3年以上制造業方面的采購經驗，熟悉金屬件、機加件等物料采購； 3+ years relevant experience of mechanical procurement, familiar with the procurement of materials such as metal parts and machined parts. 3. 良好的英文口語溝通及書寫能力。 Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
