The role. We are the Innomotics mechanical drives (Tianjin). As the only one Geared Motors factory with Product Management and R&D outside Germany, we are developing new products and promoting them for Chinese market. For our Research and Development team, we are looking for a R&D Engineer for motors, working location in Tianjin. we are responsible for product lifecycle and application development for different filed. It is our goal to create competitive and innovative products to answer customers’ demand. Our products - Geared Motor is one of the most important electromechanical products which drives machine and conveyor in many different industries. Responsibility. 1. Define requirements specification for motors with Product management department. 2. Collaborate with suppliers/partner for new product portfolio of Motors development (Asynchronous motors, synchronous motors.). 3. Design to cost /product care activity after new product released. 4. Technical Support for other function Headquarters, Center of Competence, Customer Services, Assembly shopfloor, etc. 5. Components care related on motor side (Brake, encoder, inverter.). 6. Technical support for Motor relevant Certificate
