1. Support the capacity planning and allocation of resources to projects. 2. Administration of project resources. 3. First point of contact for projects when setting up governance, assignment of resources, and approving data deliverables on behalf of our team 4. Ensure effective project governance, to ensure delivery of project and overall program/ portfolio objectives 5. Monitor projects and hold project teams to account for required deliverables on time. 6. Assessing the requirements from business. 7. Assembling, coordinating and directing a broad project team across multiple business functions to agree and deliver coherent and ‘fit-for-purpose’ solutions on-time and on-budget. 8. Be the first point of contact for changes that require end-to-end project management through the lifecycle into production and BAU – being a first point of escalation for relevant stakeholders. Qualifications for project manager 1. Ability to deliver effective presentations and communicate with multiple levels of the organization. 2. Working knowledge of Insurance, Investment, Compliance systems, Azure Data platform and BI technologies (Power BI, Tableau) a plus. 3. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Analytics, Finance engineering or related field. 4. 5+ years of project management experience, PMP or other project/program management certified. 5. English level is above CET 6 with fluent spoken English. 6. Working Knowledge of various system development lifecycle methodologies.
