Project HSE engineer Main tasks and responsibilities 1. Responsible for HSE related permit (EIA, SA etc.) in REFRESH project 2. Responsible for firefighting safety/soil and groundwater baseline investigation in REFRESH project 3. Support project HSE lead to implement HSE coverage actions, track the status and push the process to ensure the HSE compliance and control the HSE risks properly 4. Prepare for HSE requirement and make the action plan for construction stage 5. Support AI closure project (Phase II) to implement and optimize HSE plan to properly control HSE risks by carrying out field HSE supervision Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success in this Position ? 5 years’ experience in engineering project, HSE management related area. HSE related degree is preferred. ? Knowledge on project HSE/permit management. Related foreign company experience is preferred. ? Fluent oral and written English ? Good communication and coordination skills ? Good learner, result driven, accountable and efficient
