Responsibilities崗位職責: 1, According to project requirements, participate in meetings and communicate with Owner and RDI engineers; clarify technical issues. 根據項目要求，與業主和設計計院進行會議及技術澄清。 2, Resolve technical issues related to Storage and Transportation discipline encountered during project execution as discipline lead or discipline technical chief engineer. 可作為專業負責人或審核人，帶領儲運專業團隊解決項目執行過程中的油氣儲運專業技術問題。 3, Lead unexperienced engineers to complete design & engineering as per American or GB standards & codes. 帶領經驗欠缺的初級工程師，按照美標或國標完成設計工作。 4, Participate in discussion and finalization of technical proposals during quotation and execution stages of project. 參與確定投標和執行項目的技術方案。 Qualification任職要求: 1, more than10 years of experience in Storage and Transportation in the chemical or oil refining industry. Fully familiar with GB code or American standards & codes. 10年以上油氣儲運或工藝專業工作經驗，熟悉俄羅斯規范，如果有俄羅斯項目業績且表現優異，工作年限可放寬。 2, Has experience in design of oversea projects such as tank areas, external pipenet, vehicle & train loading & unloading stations, flares. Applicants with design experience in offshore engineering projects (such as FLNG) will be given priority. 具有罐區，外管，汽車裝卸站，火炬等主項的外資項目設計經驗。具有海工項目（諸如FLNG）等項目的設計經驗者，優先。 3, At least 1~2 large-scale FEED or DED execution experience for chemical and refining projects. 至少1~2個大型煉油&化工項目的基礎設計&詳細設計經驗。 4, Experience of support for procurement, technical agreement negotiation and site service during construction stage. 具有采購支持，現場設計代表經驗優先。 5, Language requirement: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. 英語，聽說讀寫流利。 6, Work location: Shanghai (head office). 工作地，上海-總部
