            JOB SCOPE工作范圍 Provides functional direction to hotel sales, marketing, PR and reservation staff area to optimize opportunities through proactive planning and execution of the approved business plan and budget as well as marketing and sales plans. Direct and plan hotel advertising and PR plans to raise brand awareness. Implement corporate marketing program initiatives to drive incremental channel shift. Executes strategies which ultimately stimulate demand for roomnights, drive incremental revenues, stimulate product demand and achieve #1 or 2 RGI positioning among identified competitive set. 為酒店銷售,市場及公關部員工制定工作計劃及指導,并落實執行各部門工作計劃和預算指標。 通過酒店廣告及公關計劃增強酒店的知名度。制定市場及客戶拓展計劃以增加銷售通路。始終 貫徹市場策略的執行來增加客房率及提高酒店收入。 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES義務及職責 1. Responsible for the overall supervision of all Sales personnel in following sales policy and practice established by the Hotel and Group. 監督并負責所有部門員工落實豪生國際集團制定的銷售策略和政策。 2. Works with General Manager and hotel sales and marketing team to review business projections and develop annual marketing/sales plans, which support annual area revenue goals and returns to owners and shareholders. 協助總經理及市場銷售團隊定期總結工作項目的執行情況和更新市場銷售計劃,以達成年度區域目標并匯報與業主和股東。 1. Reviews marketing and sales budgets and allocated expenditures to ensure most effective use of funds available to support business objectives. 參考市場銷售部門預算合理分配開支。 2. Works with hotel General Manager and the corporate sales and marketing team in the development of advertising and sales promotions and plans, which support the achievement of profitability objectives. 協助總經理及市場銷售團隊進行廣告推廣和銷售促銷活動計劃,以達到酒店營業目標增加利潤。 3. Directs and reviews related advertising activities in conjunction and cooperation with the Public Relations Department. 督導公關部門相關廣告活動。 6. Identifies and recommend sales training needs designed to improve the selling and customer service skills of sales staff.
