崗位描述： 1.Process development/design including equipment and fixtures and tools selection, evaluating new lay-out feasibility (production capacity evaluation). 工藝開發/設計，包括設備、夾具和工具的選擇，評估新布局的可行性（生產能力評估）。 2.Define the production process flow chart according to the production process requirements. 根據產品生產工藝要需求定義生產工藝流程圖 3.Preparing/updating production Lay-out based on the customer annual demand and flow chart. 根據客戶的年度需求和流程圖準備/更新生產布局。 4.Created specification requirement of new equipment or devices. 創建新設備或裝置的規格要求。 5.Preparing initial production validation, including related documentations, equipments and fixtures, etc. 試生產確認, 包括相關文件, 設備和工裝夾具準備等。 6.Improving continuously the process improvement from operator, equipment, material, process and fixture sides etc. 從人機物流法等方面持續進行工藝改進。 7.Supporting in technology field and quality troubleshooting for mass production 批量生產技術支持和解決質量問題。 8.Evaluating and releasing new material. 評估和放行新物料。 崗位要求： 1.Above College graduate or major in Engineering will be preferred. 工程或相關專業?？茖W歷以上優先。 2.Familiar with ISO 9001/IATF16949 System. 熟悉 ISO 9001/IATF16949 質量體系。 3.Good knowhow in magnetic component and relative fields. 熟悉磁性元器件或相關行業。 Familiar with process and products flow of Inductive Components. 熟悉電子元器件產品的生產和工藝流程。 Familiar with each function of transformer product process. 熟悉變壓器產品的生產工藝過程。 Familiar with IE knowledge. 熟悉IE知識。 All basic skills required to fulfill the job, i.e. analytical, communications skills. 具備分析和溝通等基本能力。
