工作內容:
- Execute existing installation maintenance, repair and call back to meet maintenance requirements;
執行在用梯服務(包括保養、修理、回召處理等),達到公司管理要求;
- Improve working efficiency and reduce labor cost;
持續提高勞動生產率,減少勞動成本;
- Study and improve technical skills actively to meet Schindler business development needs;
主動學習,努力提升自我帶位技能,迎合公司的業務發展需求;
- Gather customers’ needs and requests, provide active solutions and improve customer satisfaction;
收集和反饋客戶的需求和期望,并積極響應,提高客戶滿意度;
- Record and fill in Service Report, keep the report completely as Schindler required;
記錄和填寫服務情況報告,保存完整,滿足公司要求;
- Assist to apply and collect due amount to reduce AR;
幫助申請與收回到期款項, 減少客戶欠款;
- Provide accurate worked hours and call back report timely according to relevant standards;
及時,準確的回報工時和回召,滿足工時和回召上傳標準;
- Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor;
完成上級臨時安排的其他任務。
工作要求:
Education Background or Certificate教育背景或相關證書
- High school or technical secondary school degree or above.
高中或職業中專學歷。
Work Experience工作經驗
- Familiar with Schindler products, Green Belt Certificate
- 熟悉公司產品,通過公司綠帶認證
Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 關鍵能力、技能和知識
- Customer-oriented, responsible and self-disciplined;
良好的服務意識和責任感,良好的自律性;
- Good communication skills;
