PURPOSE OF POSITION SETTING
This role is the prime driver to ensure improvements of the plant operation, people development of operation team.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY
Drive change and continuous improvement of production efficiency
Conducting of company Operation Standard
Address and take care of any issues concerning the production, quality and EHS
Implement and sustain company global GEMBA policy over whole site, implementing and maintaining 7S Standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
A. GEMBA & Safety
Responsible for the EHS of entire plant to ensure no EHS case. work with EHS team to close all EHS audit findings on time.
Implement and maintain production related SOP’s and ensure all production SOP and parameters are well followed.
Work with GEMBA team to initiate changes and projects to reduce operation cost.
Lead related department to reduce the abnormal production, equipment down time, the manufacturing cost.
Implement and sustain global GEMBA policy, implementing and maintaining 7S Standards.
Take safety responsibility for whole site as responsible person for safety, firefighting and career health.
B. Production Management
Responsible for the accuracy and interpretation of all operations performance data and reports to ensure effective communication and the ability to meet cost targets.
Manage and drive continuous improvement plans and actions for all areas of the operation to obtain efficiency and cost-effective operations.
Lead and manage intercompany together to implement company business strategies, Set and adjust annual production plan and budget.
C. TPM & Engineering
Lead & work with TPM& Process department to improve the equipment efficiency, promote TPM program to ensure the equipment are working in good condition.
Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment , in order to ensure maximum OEE for production
Advises & coordinates with advanced engineering and program teams to ensure the production related project launched on time.
D.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Work closely with HR-Department to conduct a training program for subordinate department and oversee its fulfillment.
Responsible for coaching, performance management and organizational development of operations staff.
Manage and training staff and daily operations to meet all defined requirements including labor efficiency, quality, delivery, scrap, inventory value, and safety to minimize operating cost.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITY
Other work arranged by the supervisor
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor or above with Chemistry/Engineering /Industry Engineering Major.
Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills
Good skill of computer is essential
At least 10-years’ experience in production management position, including at least 5 years’ experience in chemical products Production or Technical experience
Working experience with similar position in a MNC manufacturing and GEMBA, 7S or 6 sigma knowledge preferred
Demonstrated ability in planning, organization, problem solving, written and verbal communication and computers.
Knowledge of safety programs
