汽車安全帶生產制造
主要職責 Key Responsibilities：
1.負責工藝過程.Responsible for the process.
2.對新設備/近期進行投產階段的確認, 并做好與AME的交接.Perform qualification of new equipment/machine in the launch phase, and well handover from AME.
3. 主導產線在工廠的安裝和調試, 并在投產階段支持樣件制作.Lead line installation and debug in plant, and support sample build during launch phase.
4. 全面參與解決與產品,工藝和設備相關的問題.Fully involve in problem solving related to product, process, and equipment from machine qualification.
5. 全面支持生產線進行工藝和產品問題分析.Fully support production line to do the process and product issue analysis.
6. 持續改進生產工藝以縮短生產周期和提高生產效率.Continuously improve manufacturing processes to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
7. 研究和改進工藝流程, 確保人力, 機器和設備的合理利用.Study and improve of process flow to ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipment as optimized.
8. 參與新生產線設計評審, 并與AME一起提高生產線利用率.Involve into new line design review, and work with AME to improve line utilization.
9. 確保所有工藝文件的及時編制, 例如PFMEA, PFC和其他生產線文件.Ensure all process documentation prepared in time, example PFMEA, PFC and other line documents.
10. 工藝標準化.Process standardization.
11. 設備自動化.Equipment automation.
12. 產線數字化.Shop floor digitalization.
13. BOM及時更新.BOM update in time.
職位任職條件 Basic Requirements
1. 10年以上汽車安全帶制造工作經驗More than 10 years working experience in
Automotive seat belt manufacturing 2. 在織帶編織和染色方面有豐富的知識knowledge both in weaving and dyeing
