一. 崗位職責/SCOPE OF THE POSITION: 質量工程師負責協調所有業務流程中的質量管理體系程序，執行體系審核工作，并在公司內部支持持續改進的理念。 The Quality Engineer coordinates Quality Management System procedures in all business processes, performs system audits and supports the continuous improvement philosophy within company. 二. 工作的基本職責/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: 1.從質量管理方面執行項目任務分配，以達成與質量體系、產品及過程質量以及成本相關的項目目標和進度安排。 Execute project assignments from Quality Management to attain project objectives and schedules as related to the quality system, product and process quality and cost. 2. 制定并維護質量管理體系的政策手冊、程序和說明，以確保我們擁有一個協同運作良好的業務系統，從而持續提升客戶滿意度、業務績效、流程以及人員發展水平。 Create and maintain the policy manual, procedures, and instructions for the Quality Management System that integrates well with the DPS (Deublin Production System) to help ensure we have one business system that works well together to continuously improve customer satisfaction, business performance, processes and people development. 3. 執行審核工作，維護審核計劃。 Perform audits, maintain audit schedule. 4. 根據質量及交付要求，并依照國際標準，規劃并開展供應商訪問及新供應商資格審核工作。 Plan and conduct supplier visits and new supplier qualification audits based on quality and delivery requirements and in conformance with international standards. 5. 完成客戶要求的各項任務，例如產品資質審核、保修檢查、質量調查以及生產/材料認證請求等。 Complete customer required tasks such as product qualifications, warranty inspections, quality surveys, and production/material certification requests. 6. 通過運用 8D 補救措施以及實際問題解決方法來解決過程和產品質量問題。Solve process and product quality problems by using 8D corrective actions and practical problem solving methods. 7. 維護糾正措施體系。加快供應商解決通過不合格報告（NCR）記錄的零部件質量問題的速度，包括供應商的遏制措施和糾正措施。 Maintain corrective action system. Expedite supplier resolution of part quality problems as documented through Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), including supplier containment and corrective actions. 8. 維護質量管理評審指標，并按照計劃進行評審。 Maintain quality management review metrics and conduct reviews per schedule. 9. 運用恰當的統計工具收集并分析數據，從而做出有效的決策。協助執行和分析過程能力、SPC 控制圖以及 MSA 研究。 Collect and analyze data using appropriate statistical tools to make valid decisions. Assists in performing and analyzing process capability, SPC control charts, and MSA studies. 10. 分析并確定不合格材料的原因。提出適當的糾正和預防措施建議。 Analyze and determine nonconforming material causes. Recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions. 11.分析產品退貨情況，以確定產品設計或工藝流程方面的改進需求。 Analyze product returns to determine product design or process modification needs. 12.評估并維護內部質量跟蹤系統。 Assess and maintain internal quality tracking systems. 13.承擔其他交辦的相關工作。 Perform other related duties as assigned. 三. 職位的基本要求/ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: 1. 五年以上在制造、工程或質量保證方面的工作經驗，且這些經驗是在一家在全球范圍內運營的工業制造企業中積累的。 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or quality assurance experience in a globally operating industrial manufacturing environment. 2. 對鑄件（鐵、鋁和黃銅）、鋼材（棒材和鍛件）、機械加工、軸承、電氣元件以及密封件等領域的深入了解。 In-depth knowledge of castings (iron, aluminum, and brass), steel (bar stock and forgings), machining, bearings, electrical components, and seals. 3. 產品及制造流程、方法以及檢驗技術方面的專業知識。 Expertise in product and manufacturing processes, methodologies, and inspection techniques. 4. 供應商審核、評估及開發方面的專業能力必須出色。 High competence in supplier audits, evaluations and developments is a must. 5. 能夠閱讀并解讀機械和電氣部件的圖紙，包括公差、表面處理、零件視圖、英制與公制單位的差異以及類似內容。 Ability to read and interpret drawings for mechanical and electrical parts, including tolerances, surface finishes, part views, imperial vs. metric units, and similar. 6. 具備與測量系統一致性研究、統計過程控制（SPC）、潛在失效模式及后果分析（PFMEA）、生產件批準程序（PPAP）、產品先期規劃（APQP）或過程能力指數（CPK）相關的工具和流程方面的經驗。 Experience in tools and processes related to gage R&R studies, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, or CPK. 7. 具備 REACH、ROHS 及 EHS（環境、健康與安全）、網絡安全以及公司治理相關要求的工作知識。 Working knowledge of REACH, ROHS, and EHS, Cyber Security and Corporate Governance requirements. 8. 本科以上學歷，工程相關專業。 Bachelor's degree of Engineering or above 9. 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。 Flute English in spoken and written.
