            Job Description 崗位職責
 

               
            • Work closely with colleagues to provide evidence-based quality care during outpatient, and inpatient and on duty. 與同事密切合作，在門診、和住院工作中，提供以循證醫學為基礎的優質醫療服務。
              •  
            • Based on the evaluation results, develop a personalized rehabilitation plan for patients, clarify rehabilitation goals, treatment methods, rehabilitation cycles, etc., aiming to help patients gradually recover physical function and improve their quality of life. 根據評估結果，為患者制定個性化的康復計劃，明確康復目標、治療方法、康復周期等，旨在幫助患者逐步恢復身體功能，提高生活質量。
              •  
            • Work closely with other medical team members, such as physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, etc., to jointly develop and implemen rehabilitation plans, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and systematic rehabilitation treatment.團隊合作：康復醫生在工作中需要與其他醫療團隊成員密切合作，如物理治療師、作業治療師、護士等，共同制定和執行康復計劃，確保患者得到全面、系統的康復治療。
              •  
            • Implement quality, improvement activities in collaborating with Chief/MA/CMO/MAB. 與科室主任/醫務部/首席醫療官/醫學顧問委員會合作，開展醫療質量改進活動。
              •  
            • Attend Parkway CME activities and provide own professional CME lectures. 參加百匯繼續教育活動，并提供本專業的繼續教育講座。
              •  
            • Support Commercial Team to promote own profession knowledge for public while following the unified arrangements of the department. 支持并與商務部門密切合作，參與本?？频尼t療科普推廣活動。
              •  
            • Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上級布置的其他任務。
            
  
Qualifications 任職要求
 

               
            • Bachelor degree or above in Medicine 醫學學士及以上學歷
              •  
            • Holding a current and active medical license 持有效的醫師資格證、執業證、職稱證等相關證書
              •  
            • Minimum 5 years post-residency clinical working experiences in rehabilitation department. 至少5年及以上康復科臨床工作經驗
              •  
            • Strong command of English and/or Mandarin(other languages are a plus) 英語和普通話流利（如若有其他語言能力優先考慮）
              •  
            • Flexible with clinic/hospital locations and clinical hours (extended day shift or weekend shift) 接受靈活的診所/醫院工作地點和臨床工作時間（如延長日班或周末班）
              •  
            • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment 較好的團隊合作
              •  
            • Ability to organize and prioritize 具備較好的組織和確定優先級的能力
              •  
            • Ability to work in a multi-culture, multi-discipline environment 勝任多學科的工作模式和多元化工作環境
