MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

? To drive sales to improve store performance and to support the store manager to reach budget
協助店長達成門店銷售業績目標
? To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store
確保門店陳列符合公司標準
? To deliver and drive the team to ensure exceptional customer service are maintained across the store
帶領團隊高效的給顧客提供優質的服務
? To prepare monthly rota, daily planners and holidays according to business needs
根據門店的業務需求,安排月度、每日排班以及員工的假期
? To coordinate the briefings and encourage staff participation
組織晨會,提高員工參與度

任職要求:
? University degree is required
大學及以上學歷
? Good in verbal and written English, Mandarin; other languages are appreciated
良好的中英文書寫及表達能力,其他語言可加分
? Strong organizational and time management skills
良好的組織能力和時間管理能力
? Proactive communication
積極主動溝通
? Passion for fashion, market, competitors and trend awareness
熱愛時尚,對市場、競品和流行趨勢有敏感度
? Proven ability to boost profitability and drive sales
具備出色的促進銷售的能力
? Strong team management experience. Has lead a stable and consistent career
具備團隊管理能力,并有帶領及穩定團隊的相關經驗
? At least 1 year experience in managing a section in retail industry, especially in fashion retail industry
