Key Responsibilities: 1、Technical support and Data management: Provide, develop and maintain robust technical and data support for business management operations, including customized BI reports, GenLink configurations, and delivering statistical analysis of daily operational data such as customer base data, LTC data, and sales data. 2、User Assistance: Conduct training for new employees on BI reports, GenLink Page usage, and provide daily support to the sales teams regarding system operations. 3、Contract Management: Manage commercial contracts for the European region via the CMS system, including facilitating contract approval processes, documentation and archiving. 4、Operational efficiency: Streamline and optimize business systems (e.g., order systems, CRM systems) to enhance productivity and operational costs. 5、Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team and other departments to understand system logic and develop or submit change management requests to IT for creating business efficiency tools (e.g., GenLink multi-dimensional tables, CRM workflows, BI reports, US Order, AI tools) and promote the adoption of these tools across the organization. Qualifications: 1、Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, understand the relevant knowledge of biological industry operations. 2、Be familiar with the basic business knowledge of the company and the relevant processes of each business line. 3、Strong project management skills, with excellent organizational, managerial, and coordination abilities. 4、Strong IT skills with data statistical analysis ability and business sense. 5、Strong execution ability, stress resistance, communication ability and innovation ability. 6、Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.
