主要負責提升工藝技術、提升產品質量，確保產品符合相關標準。 Mainly responsible for improving process technology, improving product quality, and ensuring product compliance with relevant standards. 一、崗位職責： 1.編制、組織并實施產品過程確認，關鍵工序&特殊工序的工藝驗證（3Q驗證）Prepare, organize and implement product process verification, process verification of key processes & special processes (3Q verification) 2.編制、更新生產過程作業指導書（SOP）、工藝流程圖、圖紙Prepare and update operation instructions (SOP), process flow charts and drawings of production process 3.編制、更新產品全生命周期的風險分析Prepare and update the risk analysis of the whole life cycle of the product 4. 協助新產品的工藝設計開發，設計相應的工裝夾具，確認相應的設備Assist in the process design and development of new products, design the corresponding fixture and confirm the corresponding equipment 5.組織試生產并統計試生產的工序良率、成品良率、物料平衡以及工藝工時Organize trial production and make statistics on process yield, finished product yield, material balance and process working hours of trial production 6.針對良率損失或生產現場過程出現的問題進行分析、設計實驗和給出合理化對策Analyze, design experiments and give reasonable countermeasures for the loss of yield or the problems in the production site process 7.完成上級主管或公司交付的其他相關工作；Complete other related work assigned by superiors or the company 二、任職資格： 1.熟悉醫療器械設計開發流程優先； Familiar with medical device design and development process is preferred； 2.醫療器械工藝相關工作經驗2年以上優先； More than 2 years working experience in medical device technology is preferred； 3.需熟練使用Office等辦公軟件、熟練使用二維及三維作圖軟件等。 Proficient in Office software, 2D and 3D mapping software, etc. 三、工作能力要求： 1.大專及以上學歷，機械設計類專業 College degree or above, major in mechanical design 2.需熟練使用Office等辦公軟件、熟練使用二維及三維作圖軟件等，工作認真負責、嚴謹細致、性格溫和，有良好的創新精神、溝通能力和團隊精神。 Proficient in Office software, 2D and 3D mapping software, serious and responsible work, rigorous and meticulous, gentle personality, good innovative spirit, communication skills and team spirit. 四、公司基本情況 單雙休（早8點，晚5點），法定節假日全放，能接受加班； 入職就繳納五險一金，有餐補，三節福利，在職體檢，定期聚餐等，工作氛圍好，公司環境好，領導和藹可親，公司發展穩定。
