崗位職責： 1. 具體組織裝置的生產與操作，確保裝置在安全穩定狀態下運行，達成生產目標； Be responsible for organizing the production and facility operation, make sure the facility running in safety to achieve production target; 2. 在生產過程中嚴格按照ISO要求全面落實工藝要求，糾正工藝偏離，防范不當操作，提出工藝改進措施；負責各類計量數據的匯總、統計及分析； Be responsible for fully implementing the production process, correct process departure, prevent incorrect operation and make the process improve suggestion; Be responsible for the collecting, statistic and analyzing work of various measurement data; 3. 積極組織配合檢維修工作，督促班組成員做好設備、設施、器材、器具的檢查維護工作，確保狀態完好和運行正常； Be responsible for organizing the examination and maintenance of equipments, supervise employees finishing the maintenance job to ensure the facilities are in good condition and running smoothly; 4. 通過巡檢能盡早地發現并確認可能的安全和工藝隱患，同時對這些風險做初步分析；及時專業地組織力量消除，記錄并及時向上級匯報。參加事故調查分析，落實防范措施； Try to find the safety and process hazards by routine check and make the primary analysis; Organize the professional force to deal with the hazards in time, make the records and report to supervisors; Participate in accident diagnoses, put the precautionary measures into effect; 5.參與對員工的績效評價，輔導與幫助員工改進； Participate on employee performance review, coach and help employee to make improvements; 6. 按照ISO內部培訓計劃執行對生產員工關于ISO文件等培訓，確保生產現場符合ISO要求； Conduct ISO related trainings according to internal training plan to make sure ISO compliance on site; 7. 依照能力矩陣定期開展對新老員工的符合性能力考核； Conduct employee competency evaluation in a certain period according to competency matrix; 8. 負責生產部所有ISO文檔的收集、分析、編錄、存檔工作，負責生產數據平臺的建立、維護和分析； Be responsible for the collection, analysis, extracting and achievement of all ISO document, be responsible for setting up, maintaining and analyzing production database; 9. 完成上級交辦的其他工作。 Other jobs assigned by superiors. 任職要求Requirement 1.大專以上學歷，化工類專業College degree and above, major in chemistry 2.至少兩年以上化工生產工作經驗above 2 years in chemical production 3.良好的英語能力Good in English
