Your area of responsibility
1.Your primary task is to provide technical support to our customers on site in close co-operation with the project management and other specialist departments. You are the central point of contact for complex technological issues
2.Support in identifying potential customers or new business opportunities with existing customers.
3.You will process and evaluate customer enquiries. You will also take part in design meetings at our customers' premises.
4.Commenting on specifications and assisting in the creation of functional specifications
5.Developing technical concepts and presenting them to the customer
6.Interface to the development sites in Germany and to the global production sites
7.Maintaining customer contacts
Required skills:
1.Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering specialising in vehicle construction /plastics technology with relevant professional experience in the automotive industry
2.We require basic knowledge of Catia V5 and the confident use of MS Office.
3.Customer-orientated actions and a sympathetic, confident manner with assertiveness, analytical way of working, strong communication and teamwork skills
4.Your strong communication skills in conveying technical concepts in English and Chinese (German) characterise you
