1）監控、管理工廠的整體生產、設備、生產計劃和EHS，識別風險； 2）把控生產產量、產品質量和產品按時交貨事宜； 3）根據公司發展方向實施戰略，并相應地為下屬提供明確的工作方向和工作重點； 4）提升優化生產力、標準、指標和績效目標系統以及優化流程，以確保有效率的達成KPI； 5）提高生產的靈活性，同時減少不必要的成本，保證良好的質量標準； 6）掌握最新的生產和倉庫/物流管理實踐和理念； 7）招聘、管理和發展公司員工； 8）保證并承諾工廠安全生產程序； 9）確保整個工廠的工作環境干凈有序； 10）下期工廠擴建項目團隊的參與者； 11）完成上級安排的其他工作。 1）Monitor and manage overall production, Equipment & facilities as well as production planning & EHS. Identify and initiate corrective actions if needed. 2）Being responsible for production output, product quality and on-time readiness. 3）Implement strategies in alignment with the company direction and provide a clear direction and focus to the subordinates accordingly 4）Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective production KPI`s 5）Increase production flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining good quality standards 6）Stay up to date with latest production and warehouse/logistic management best practices and concepts. 7）Recruit, manage and develop staff. 8）Implement and commit to plant safety procedures. 9）Ensure work environment in the whole plant is clean and in organised conditions. 10）Being part of the project team for plant expansions 11）Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior 任職要求： 1）出色的溝通和談判技能； 2）五年以上化工廠工作經驗，膠粘劑企業從業經驗者優先考慮； 3）良好的計算機操作技能； 4）英語流利，能作為工作語言； 5）化工專業碩士學歷，優秀經驗者本科可以考慮。 1）Excellent communication skills 2）At least 5-7 years’ experience in chemical (preferably Adhesives) manufacturing field. 3）Good computer skills 4）Excellent English as a working language。 5）Master of Chemical Engineering major, outstanding experience candidates with a bachelor's Chemical Engineering degree can be considered.
