Be capable to complete certification report in English is desired. 4. 學習能力強，有團隊意識，具有良好的溝通能力，熟練使用Office辦公軟件； The main qualities required are ability to learn, good team spirit, good communication skills. Good working knowledge of Office software. 5. 有客戶服務意識；可以適應出差工作。 Good customer service attitude, willing to travel. 職位描述： Job description: 1. 本司為英國交通部下屬車輛認證局（VCA） 唯一指定中國代表處，為國內客戶提供車輛出口認證及英國/歐盟法規相關服務，完成車輛認證專業報告及證書。 客戶一般為國內汽車主機廠； Our company is the exclusive agent of Vehicle Certification Authority (VCA), an institution under the British Department of Transport. We engage in providing vehicle export certification and British/EU regulatory related services for domestic customers and we specialize in professional vehicle certification reports and certificates. Our major customers are domestic OEMs. 2. 為客戶做好認證服務，講解法規要求并引導客戶做好認證計劃及產品文件準備； You are responsible for providing certification services to customers, explaining regulatory requirements and guiding customers to prepare certification plans and product documents. 3. 認證期間需要做好認證設備審核，完成目擊測試，工廠審核等相關工作，并與客戶充分溝通協助解決相關問題； During the certification period, you are expected to conduct equipment certification audits, complete witness tests, factory audits and other related work. You will fully communicate with customers to solve project related problems. 4. 根據客戶車輛出口認證需求向其提供解決方案；為客戶提供各類建議、協助和講解，讓客戶更好理解英國/歐盟相關法規； Your job duties involve providing customized vehicle export certification solutions to customers, offering customers with various suggestions, assistance, and explanations for a better understanding of British/EU regulations. 5. 向客戶和合作伙伴提供日常技術支持。 You are required to provide day-to-day technical support to our customers.
