Job purpose
Fitness trainer shall be responsible for leading and providing fitness training courses, training classes and monitoring and offering daily guests while training on best training practices while utilizing FOC Fitness facilities.

Duties and responsibilities
· Provides gym guests, visitors, members with scientific fitness guidance, conducts physical assessment according to individual physical fitness and health goals (such as muscle building, fat loss, body shaping, improved sports performance, etc.), and develops personalized training plans.
· Regularly track the training progress of members, adjust the training intensity and method to ensure safety and effectiveness.
· Design and lead group fitness classes (such as aerobics, spinning, functional training, strength cycling classes, etc.) to ensure that the movements are standardized, the class rhythm is smooth, and the atmosphere is positive.
· Guide members to correctly use all kinds of fitness equipment (such as strength equipment, aerobic equipment, free weight area) in the gym to avoid injury caused by improper operation.
· Inspect equipment and equipment daily, check for safety hazards (such as loose screws, damaged parts), and report repair in time.
· Popularize sports safety knowledge, correct members' wrong actions, and prevent sports injuries.
· Assist in planning and implementing gym fitness events (e.g. fitness challenges, health talks, Open Day experiences).
· Cooperate with the venue management team to maintain the order of the fitness area, ensure that the environment is clean and the equipment is in place.
· Deal with emergency situations (such as heat stroke during sports, syncope) and perform basic first aid (CPR/AED)..

· -每日檢查器材設備,檢查是否存在安全隱患(如螺絲松動、零件損壞),及時報修。
· -普及運動安全知識,糾正會員錯誤動作,預防運動傷害。
-協助策劃及執行健身房健身活動(如健身挑戰賽、健康講座、開放日體驗等)。
· -配合場地管理團隊,維持健身區秩序,確保環境整潔、器材到位。
· -處理緊急狀況(如運動中暑、暈厥)并進行基本急救(CPR/AED)。
Qualification
· National Professional Qualification Certificate of Fitness Instructor, CPR/AED First Aid certification.
· International certification (e.g. ACE, NASM, NSCA), dietitian certificate, group coach qualification (e.g. Lemme certification) is preferred.
· Proficient in various training systems (strength training, HIIT, functional training), able to clearly demonstrate movements and guide group classes.
· Familiar with the functions, use methods and maintenance points of mainstream fitness equipment.
國家職業資格健身教練證書,CPR/AED急救證書。
·有國際認證(如ACE、NASM、NSCA)、營養師證書、團體教練資格(如Lemme認證)者優先。
·精通各種訓練體系(力量訓練、HIIT、功能訓練),能清晰地演示動作、指導團體課程。
·熟悉主流健身器材的功能、使用方法及保養要點。
Experience
· More than 1 year experience in gym or gymnasium, with successful cases of group course teaching.
· Experience in corporate team building and event support is preferred.
1年以上健身房或體育館工作經驗,有團體課程教學成功案例。
有企業團隊建設、活動支持經驗者優先。
Language proficiency
· Language: Fluent in English; A good knowledge of Arabic is preferred. 英語,會阿拉伯語者優先
